Christmas with my parents in Nevlunghavn. Outdoors is a snowstorm, glad I´m not at work this Christmas! Wish you all a merry Christmas! And a special to everyone on call for our safety this Christmas! Fire, Rescue, Police, Paramedics! Here is a picture of my father on Christmas Eve.
Did bring my camera and lightning gear to work in Tromsø last week. Took a few pictures of Lene, one of the Ambulance Paramedics. Used a simple, one light strobist setup. Flash with shoot through umbrella camera left on a light stand. Turned out pretty well!
Testet a simple Strobist setup at work the other day. A setup with a SB600 with Umbrella camera left on a light stand. At camera right a SB24 on a chair pointing at the helicopter. Placed myself just on top of a green light at the helipad. Camera on timet release.

Rescue training mission at Kvaløya, Tromsø. I´m placed in the mountains waiting for the helicopter to pick me up. I brough´t my camera, and had a lot of great shoots in the beautiful sunshine!

Did a photoshoot of an American journalist I meet during my preparation for Ironman triathlon. Shoot in Cozumel, Mexico. Beautiful sunset, flash handheld by her brother camera left in manual mode.

Katie was one of the Ironman athletes staying at the same hotel as me in Cozumel, Mexico. She was from Dallas, Texas, doing her very first Ironman. I was able to take a few shoots of her during the stay.
Are is a friend from Arendal. Doing a lot of training together with him, as he is also an Ironman triathlete. This shoot was done at my home in Arendal, using a single strobe for lightning.
