Today I had a very nice day! A few friends of mine, from the local ambulance service, invited me to join for some climbing outside town. I taught them some rope rescue techniques while there. We hade a realy great time, climbing, joking and barbeque in the mountains!

Did a photoshoot in Stavern today with Alexandra. Testing different one-light setups. Just using the sun, and one single flash through a westcott 28″ softbox.
